Descendants of: Samuel W. Wallace
Samuel W. Wallace. I am entering Samuel W. as the father of Elizabeth as they are the only Wallaces in Dallas Co., AL in 1820. Elizabeth and Asa Carrell were married there in 1821.
After studying all census near, will continue this research on Samuel W. Wallace, trying to verify or eliminate him as father of Elizabeth. If anyone has any info on this Samuel W., please let me know.

She married Asa Carrell, 05-15-1821 in Dallas Co., AL, b. 1799 - 1800 in GA, (son of Charles Carrell, Sr. and Mary MNU Carrell) d. 12-00-1849 in Benton Co., AL, event 08-17-1817 in Dallas Co., AL (DALLAS COUNTY:
1817: Bill of sale dated 17 Aug. 1817 -- Asa purchased three slaves from Charles Carroll for $400. This transaction was witnessed by Stephen Carroll (probably a brother of Asa). It is assumed this was Charles, Sr.), census 1820 in Dallas Co., AL, census 1840 & 1844 in Benton Co., AL.
